My recent stay at Cretan Berry Portou in Chania was exceptional. From the moment I booked, the manager Georgia provided outstanding communication, answering all my questions and ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and the fresh aroma upon entering was delightful. The location was perfect, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The highlight of my stay was the surprise birthday decorations and complimentary drinks provided by Mrs. Georgia. The hotel truly made me feel special. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited sunlight in the ground floor room and a slightly small bed, I highly recommend Cretan Berry Portou for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

Great location close to the city center and absolute privacy in the room. In-room espresso machine and fully equipped interiors were impressive. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning had high-tech features. Even during Christmas, the staff left a bottle of wine in the room.
